During spring term Acorn class are babysitting a Dinosaur egg. Each day they watch to see if the hatching process has developed and they are all waiting in anticipation for their new class pet!
Acorn class have some furry caterpillars staying with them for the next few weeks. In a few days time they will disappear into their chrysalis and then we wait patiently for them to reappear!
This Easter we had an egg rolling competition. Children brought in hard boiled eggs to roll across the playground. The fastest egg to cross the winning line got a chocolate easter egg to enjoy!
Some of our fantastic volunteers have recorded themselves reading stories and we shared these with all schools in the Summer term. A number of supportive publishers have extended their permissions for us to share these stories plus some new recordings. These are all available on the Storytime video...
